I am proud to acknowledge the outstanding performance of the Southern Provincial Road Development Authority (SPRDA) in recent years. In alignment with the Sri Lankan Government’s "CLEAN" policy initiative, SPRDA is dedicated to maintaining and improving the provincial Class C and D road network with a focus on sustainability, environmental responsibility, and cleanliness. Our work not only enhances the quality of infrastructure but also plays a key role in driving economic development in the Southern Province.

This digital platform will allow us to share timely updates on projects, highlight our services, and promote transparency. It also supports our commitment to creating and maintaining a road network that is resilient, efficient, and aligned with the government’s vision for a cleaner and greener future. SPRDA will continue to uphold the highest standards in all our efforts, contributing to the overall growth and sustainability of the region.

General Manager's Message
I am deeply honored to assume the role of General Manager of the Southern Provincial Road Development Authority (SPRDA). This position marks a significant milestone in my career as an engineer, and I am fully committed to advancing SPRDA’s mission of building a safer, more resilient, and efficient road network that supports economic growth and enhances the quality of life for the people of the Southern Province.
In alignment with the government’s Clean Sri Lanka and digitalization policies, we are dedicated to promoting sustainable road construction practices and integrating digital technologies to enhance governance, transparency, and efficiency. Our approach will be guided by principles of quality, safety, innovation, and collaboration.
Moving forward, I am excited to work alongside our dedicated team and valued stakeholders to overcome challenges and seize opportunities for the betterment of our province’s road infrastructure. Together, we will strive to deliver projects that reflect the highest standards of quality and reliability.
